From our home and office in Stockholm we allow ourselves to be location independent. We are fully digital in our daily work and can therefore choose to work from any place that has a online connection. We choose locations depending on season in order to be close to our users.
All our meetings are remote first. Meaning, if one member of the team is unavailable at a location we all meet online in a remote setting. A structure that lets us be very flexible and adapted to quick decisions. Just as beeing dependent on conditions and locations.
To have quality time together and give some issues plenty of thought, we regularly meet in locations we all enjoy for a week, or up to ten days. We have predefined projects with deadlines aimed to be reached during the workation. We usually live and cook together and when the conditions are right we enjoy activities depending on season and location. Like trekking Gran Canaria, skiing Chamonix or surfing Gotland.
